So, I've seen 180. I agree abortion is wrong. What do you do when someone has an ectopic pregnancy or the doctors are sure the mother will die? I don't know what to think about those situations.

That is an excellent question. We who are pro-life oppose abortion on-demand. Almost all abortions performed in this country are those that are performed for the sake of convenience or personal preference--in other words, as a form of birth control. The taking of an innocent life for such reasons is simply a form of homicide.
However, ectopic pregnancies do not fall into that category. In an ectopic pregnancy, there is zero chance of survival for the baby, and if not aborted, the mother's life can be in danger. The choice, then, is not whether to terminate a viable pregnancy for the sake of personal preference. The choice is whether to end a life with no hope of survival in order to save another life. We who are pro-life would not want to prevent abortion under those circumstances.
I have also heard of rare cases where a woman has some sort of medical condition where carrying a child to term could end in her death, but the baby could survive (for example, maybe she has cancer, and chemo would kill the baby and save the mother, but she could survive long enough to deliver). In other words, a choice has to be made whether to abort the baby and save the mother or save the baby and risk the mother's life. I think you would agree that most mothers would gladly risk their lives to save their children. Killing a child to save his/her mother is not a good option.
Of course, much discussion today centers on the health of the mother, and that can cover anything from the above-mentioned scenarios to mental health scenarios (i.e., having the baby would be too stressful). With the exception of cases such ectopic pregnancies, women should not be allowed to take the lives of their children when those children could otherwise go full term and survive.
